How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 business days. For Group Buy items, please refer to the specific timeline provided on the product page as production cycles vary.
What is the difference between a Group Buy and an In-stock item?
A Group Buy (GB) is a pre-order for a product that hasn't been manufactured yet, allowing for custom designs to be produced. In-stock items are ready to ship immediately from our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and 4PX. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their local customs office.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for in-stock items can be canceled before they are shipped, subject to a 5% transaction fee. Group Buy orders can generally be canceled during the GB period, but not after production has started.
What should I do if my PCB is defective?
We highly recommend testing your PCB with a pair of tweezers before soldering or assembling. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or repair.
